Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)Fe 410 -W (Gde?E- 250 quality A etc complete all as specified and directed..

S&F flat iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in C:M (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in C:M (1:4) in two layers, each 10 mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surface of wall, finished the surface fair and even etc complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid seprately).

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preperation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on old surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm n.exc 22.5cm long etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of untreated new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer not otherwise described etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4), Type -B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed.
