Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as drain PCC incl fair finished drain or channel using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade 'A' , laid in trenches and jointed in CM, internal dia of pipe 150 mm incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm dia (SGSW) in cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C-2, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes class, NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars 200mm bore of pipe incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 200 mm dia (RCC) in cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C-2, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles pre polished 30cmx30cmx22-25mm thick, set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) as in man hole cover, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of man hole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab for roofs, landing, balconies , canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof , floor slabs, landing or similar work, n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), flat rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 20.00 above but for 6 to 8 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for broken brick bat 40 to 80mm loose filling in soakage pits/ filter beds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing manholes/outlet chamber of safety tank for connecting drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required, for 150 mm internal bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars, arches etc but excluding ashlar facing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work, with sub class 'B', bricks kiln well burnt, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m in mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 25.00 above but for to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or stone surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type-B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes up to 150mm dia (SGSW/ AC/ PVC or reinforced concrete pipe) set in cement mortar incl concrete bed to drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or under floors, inserted in retaining wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 30.00 above but for 75 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section and size including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground in natural ground, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes n.exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron as in posts and struts for fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, of size 4mm (8 SWG) 75 x 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing post, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm long & n exc 10 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using extra cement on walls in cement mortar (1:4), incl taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl Item No 55.00 above but for add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation, Scarifing and picking up and removal of silt , loose soil from surface drain /drains and removed upto a distance not exc 50 mtr., complete all as specified and directed.
