Maintenance & servicing of DG set of any make, type, model as per set norms of the original manufacturer set and by the authorised rep of the company after unscrewing nut, bolts, screws etc. for servicing, maintenance, tigthtening, adjustment & cleaning of all moving and stationary parts of DG set, complete and segregating the parts for repair/ refixing/ replacing of capacity 10KVA , complete all as specified and directed. Make of DG sets :- kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/Ruston/Ashok Leyland Note: The quoted rate includes the following: (a) Taking down of unserviceable parts. (b) Any minor repair, replacement of minor parts such as screws, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning & greasing etc. of DG set parts. (c) Defective parts/ engine oil to be replaced will be measured & paid separately under supply only item. (Item No 7 to item No 39 as apended below).

Material & Labour for replacing the unserviciable AVR of DG sets up to the capacity of upto 63 KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for replacing the unserviciable AVR of DG sets up to the capacity of 75 to 82.5 KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacing the unserviciable AVR of DG set of capacity of 400 KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out FIP from DG set, of cap upto 82.5kva transportation to authorised service centre for repair /maintenance and refixing to DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as Plunzers, governer kit with pin , Nozzels , Head ball guide kit, Head sheet , Rock rod, Rollar bearing , oil seal, piston & rings pin, jain kit and sleeves complete all as directed and specified.

Taking out FIP from DG set, of cap upto 400kva transportation to authorised service centre for repair /maintenance and refixing to DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as Plunzers, governer kit with pin , Nozzels , Head ball guide kit, Head sheet , Rock rod, Rollar bearing , oil seal, piston & rings pin, jain kit and sleeves complete all as directed and specified.

Material and Labour for shifting heavy items as dg sets/excavation/ cleaning areas/cleaning site by providing crane/hydra/excavators including crane or hydra required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of alternator upto 82.5 kva KVA DG set of of any make at site 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and transportation to workshop,dismantling the alternator and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire of approved make varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the alternator after replacement of ball bearing rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply 2 coat of synthetic enamel paints after successfully repairs and testing complete as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor will provide labour, machinery , tools, crane, transportion required.(ii) All parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as apended in item No 106 to item No 117 below (iii) Fixing charges of parts/spares are incl in quoted rates.

Supplying and fixing Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) panel suitable Upto 63KVA DG set Indoor type, self standing front operated, factory made of suitable size dust & vermin proof, fully ventilated front side openable and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet 2 mm thick with base angle iron frame 50mm x50 mmx 5mm. The panel shall be painted with two coats of powder coating after proper chemical pretreatment of Sheet Steel. The Panel shall be provided with suitable size lugs and cable glands for incoming & control cables complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be comprising of the following : (a) Incoming MCCB 100 Amp 4 Pole 25 kA, Adjustable type - 1 No. (b) Bus bar of Copper 200 Amps capacity TPN. (c) Automatic Change Over System 100A -1No. (d) Outgoing MCCB 125A 4P 25KA TM Adj. -1No. (e) Suitable contactor and Relay as per requirement. AMF Controller with R Y B Led I/Lamp for DG & EB -1Set Note: All control and internal wiring ,nut bolt etc includes in the quoted rates.

Material and Labour for dismantling of Exhaust pipe of silencer, cleaning of silencer to remove carbon deposit inside exhaust pipe and refixing including replacement of worn out rubber gasket packing and nut,bolts including replacement of asbestos rope 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for spray painting to Panels, Enclosure of DG sets, fire stand post duct plates etc at DG installations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour after making the suface free from oil/grease/rust and applying a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 46045.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
