SMART PERIODICAL SERVICES TO DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STATION OJHAR UNDER GE(AF) OJHAR

Removal of all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth , roots, and trees from wall surfaces, rooftops, and chajjas up to a height of 15 meters ,the work includes repairing cracks, filling root channels, and treating dismantled areas with suitable chemicals as ordered to prevent regrowth of vegetation on building surfaces & the surface shall then be finished with cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing surface, and all debris shall be removed and disposed of outside MD land, complete as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ foot path etc and finished the surface complete all as directed.
