Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for Pole structural base / Pedestal including cost of centering, shuttering upto 0.35 cum. The concrete surface to be finished with 6mm plater with Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement: 3 fine sand ) and painting the same with Water proofing cement paint. The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site where the structural base / Pedestal for the pole is to be carried out at a height of upto 15.00 m excluding the pole height for safety of men working. ( The Reinforcement shall be paid in separate item)

Developing the column on the head room terrace by making holes of 18mm dia by drilling a depth upto 200mm including cleaning the surface by blowing air, injecting resin grout of Fisher FIS V 360S or equivalent and fixing 16 mm dia TMT bar dowels in position including all labour and machinary in RCC work all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and Reinforcement bar shall be paid for separately. ( The proposed Pole base is located at a height of about 15.00 M from Road level )

Supplying MS anchor bolts of EN-8 grade 16 mm dia 600 mm length including threading the top of bolts upto 75 mm length, welded at bottom with a plate of size 50 x 50 mm and 8 mm thick including two nos. nuts and washers all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for fixing in RCC Columns, 12 nos of anchor bolts of size up to 16mm dia and 600 mm long using template set in position with necessary supporting arrangements complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying at site the M. S galvanized Pole materials consisting of angles, flats, pipes, bars bolts and nuts washers , Gusset plates, etc., including labour charges for cutting drilling holes, welding as required and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of Pole structure including necessary sorting out of materials at site as per check list and tightening of bolts and nuts, washers etc. as per the requirement of Indian standard codes, torque checking etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. ( The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site for safety of men working)

Painting with Epoxy Enamel paint in two or more coats over and including a base coat of Etch primer followed by Epoxy primer of Brand Berger or equivalent of approved make and even shade.

a) 9.00 M Poles - Three Numbers are Individually erected and Each one Supported by Stay wires/ Angles

Supplying 8 mm dia galvanised MS rope for stay wire arrangement all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying GI /MS Clamp, D bolts and erecting stay wire of the pole structure including wall /Floor clamp fixed with expansion fasteners, clamping the stay wire at ends with two nos, All complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
