Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 10 mm thick plywood in ceiling and soffits, including necessary framework made of 50 mm × 50 mm seasoned wooden jambs, fixed at suitable intervals to ensure structural stability. The plywood shall be securely fastened using appropriate screws, and the exposed surface shall be finished with approved paint. Where required or directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, decorative cornices shall be provided to match the existing architectural profile.
