MAINTENANCE OF AIR FILELD AREA/RUNWAY SHOULDERS WITH JUNGLE JIM AT AIRFORCE STATION YELAHANKA

Maintenance of runway shoulders/ Airfield area by providing and using 02 Nos tractors with jungle jim ( MAKE: Mahendra Yuva/ Massey Furgusion and the year of manufacture not below 2012 years) alongwith FGM(DME) one for each tractor for cutting of grass upto height of 3 inch thick from the ground In each 8 Hrs shift daily except on sundays and holidays. Note:- (i) Contractor has to provide two number tractors alongwith jungle jim and one FGM(DME) per tractor daily of 8 Hrs shift except on Sundays and holidays (ii) The diesel for running of tractors shall be provided by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The rates quoted deemed to be included of uniform ,shoes and maintenance of vehicles etc. (iv) Daily log book and attendance register of vehicle and driver shall be maintained by the contractor and put up to Engr-in charge atelast once in a week. (v) The contractor has to show the fuel consumption of each tractors per Hour to the concerned JE E/M in presence of Engr-in-charge at the time of handed over the site.

Maintenance for deweeding/ grass cutting on the ground of surrounding area of various offices and substation of technical and domestic area as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Minimum One labour shall be employed 8Hrs shift daily except on sundays and holidays for grass cutting and deweeding with necesary hand tools and equipments. (ii) The rates quoted deemed to be included of uniform, shoes etc (iii) Daily attendance register will be maintained by the contractor in consultation with concerned JE and get signed from Engr-in-charge atleast once in a week. (iv) Supervisor shall give the report on daily basis(Morning and evening) to the concerned JE E/M and Engr-in-charge and In charge of runway shoulder.

Maintenance of green wall measurung 785 sft including purning, spraying pesticides/fertilizers,adding/replacing manure/removal of dead leaves/replacing the dead and worn out plants for vertical garden near Technical area main gate as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Minimum One labour shall be employed 4Hrs shift daily except sundays/holidays for maintenance of vertical garden with necessary hand tools and equipments. (ii) The rates quoted deemed to be included of uniform, shoes etc (iii) Daily attendance register will be maintained by the contractor in consultation with concerned JE and get signed from Engr-in-charge atleast once in a week. (iv) Supervisor shall give the report on daily basis(Morning and evening) to the concerned JE E/M and Engr-in-charge and In charge of runway shoulder.
