Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, but not backing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or color cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jounted neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but as in skirting with 10mm backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular ) polished area each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but as in skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete /sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC path/ hard standing, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top, finished over sand dust cushion of 30mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequred tiles 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, coloured, rubber finished, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth courses including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, ridges, velly gutter, cladding to wall, etc made to shape as required and fixed with J hooks or screwed or as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI framework for seamless ceiling of size 600mm x 600mm comprising of hot deep galvanized powder coated perimeter angle 0.3mm thick of size 24 x 24mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, main runner Tee section 0.3mm thick with height 32mm and cross approx 1200mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners, including drilling holes for 4mm dia GI wire suspender and clips etc complete as per manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Ceiling baords shall be measured separately. (ii) The grid system shall be as per specification of make as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillar but excuding ashalar facing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plastering including roots of trees and trees of any girth, description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel kitchen plate rack of over all size 24 x 30 x 10 inch including necessary drilling, fixing with screw, plugs in kitchen etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prayag cat part No P-330 or equivalent.
