Filling of acrylic morter in the cracks in external walls at any heights upto 36 meters ( G+10 ) with Sika cracksil Acrylic paste / Dr.fixit crack-X paste or equivalent (ready to use paste) prepare surface by cleaning and applying Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalent, & making sure that crack is totally filled up tooling the surface to obtain an even smooth finish including curing of the cracks for all lift , scaffolding , hangnig platform etc complete , providing and applyling Water proofing treatment on walls with two or more coats of SIKA Raintite-I or equivalent @ 2.25Kg/10 sqm mixed with water and white cement etc. and finishing walls with 100mm band of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) complete . Providing and applying damp Proof Waterproofing coat at terrace and parapets , coating shall be done in high sheen thick coat without dilution. All joints on terrace / tiles / parapets/pedestals shall be sealed with Smartcare Damp Proof , joint shall be treated with 75mm wide band in two coat application by brush , after 12 hours overall first coat damp proof coat without dilution shall be made by roller application. second coat shall be done after complete 8 hours drying of first roller application. Technical details as per manufacturers specifications brush finish including preparation of surface by scrubing, removing dust , cleaning surface with water etc complete. Repair works in Ceramic glazed floor tiles/wall tiles in Toilet and allied areas by removing brocken tile , removing of base morter from wall/floor , making area clean for fixing of new tille of suitable size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unservisable/cracked tiles , disposing of debries within IISER Pune Campus as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , IISER Pune etc complete. Repairs in vitrified flooring tiles by removing existing brocken tiles and Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm. Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unservisable/cracked tiles , disposing of debries within IISER Pune Campus as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , IISER Pune etc complete. Repair works in granite flooring ,sills , treads , risers by removing existing unservisable granite , removal of base morter , providing and laying polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab Jet Black, Multi Red, Steel grey , sinduri red , Sadarhalli , Chikku Brown,or equivalent. Quoted rate shall be including removing of existing unservisable/cracked granite , disposing of debries within IISER Pune Campus as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , IISER Pune etc complete. Waterproofing

Providing of pressurized (using Hand pump) water proofing injection of Dr. FIXIT diproof/pidicrete @ 20% wt. of cement including making of hole by drill machine fixing of nozzles, spraying of cement slurry + water proofing chemicals and silling of hole by cement. (Rate inclusive of all taxes, duties, octrai, nothing extra shall be payable).

Drain Line for Pantry Floor drain

Providing, fixing and testing / Repairing of PVC SWR- B Class pipe of approved Make confirming to IS 13592-1992. and fittings confirming to IS 14735-1999, such as coupler, elbow, bends, Tee, Y, vent cowl etc for Soil, Waste,vent and rain water pipe works in shaft and suspended in ceiling., laid in ground( from shaft to Inspection chamber and Gully chamber), etc., using rubber ring joints(rubber ring confirming to IS 15382) for shafts lines and solvent cement joints for suspended lines and work in below ground.
