M & L for Providing and laying EPDM membrane water proofing treatment with membrane thickness 1.50 mm on the RCC roof surfaces after properly preparing the surface by cleaning and removing any sharp material like reinforcement steel, loose foreign materials, oil, grease etc and ensuring a smooth surface. Membrane shall be fully adhered with high strength, solvent based having quick bonding between the membrane with the help of bonding adhesive as per manufacturer standard instructions (suitable for temp and environmental condition of the site). Overlap joint shall be made using factory applied secure Tape technology. Membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side and end laps which shall be sealed with highly formulated double sided SECURE TAPE.
