Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 08 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item no. 07 here-in-before shall be reused under this item complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillar, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC, 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, seismic bands, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, plinth beams for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels over 1.5m clear span, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc. for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cutting, cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of wall care putty not less than1mm thick, sanding the surfaces till smooth finish is obtained and finally applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper etc complete all specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather coat paint over one coat of primer including a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick including sanding the surface till smooth finished is obtained complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each including builders hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed
