Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in column, beam, footing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, (Posts embedded in concrete or natural ground) including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling fencing wire mesh , any type complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter , flat rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate)in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, RCC band, rough finished square or rectangular complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry exceeding 10cm in width with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) gde D-5 and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M-25 (Design mix) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no. 17 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over Stone /brick / concrete wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement for external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-formed filler board 25 mm thick for expansion joint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming square grooves in plaster n exc 12 mm deep and n exc 15 mm on face complete as specified and directed.
