Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises, cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Applying two coats of “Epoxy zinc rich primer” as protective coat to exposed surface of old and new reinforcement over 10 mm dia as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.8 above but reinforcement upto 10mm dia. Note for item No. 6, 8 and 9 : (i) Cost of chemical i.e. Solvent free epoxy, Epoxy zinc rich primer and cement shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in below. (ii) The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator as per manufacturer's instructions of Make : FOSROC/SIKA/ PIDILITE

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scale,dirt and fungas etc. from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, with suitable cleaning chemical and brushing the wall and bottom of tanks, washing with clean water, writing letter i.e. "TANK CLEANED ON ......................(Date)" not exc. 100mm height with synthetic enamel paint for tanks of capacity 250 ltrs to 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium snap grid frame work (size of grid 605x605mm) for false ceiling including suspenders / hangers 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof sheds by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 6 mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestoes fibre cement designer ceiling board of size to suit grid mould (605x605 mm as specified above) and fix in grid mould with necesssary fixing arrangement as per manufacter's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane in non accessible roof with the following courses of treatment firstly applying bituminous primer(IS 3384) @ 0.40 kg per Sqm to the surface area including cleaning the surface complete as specified and directed.
