Deployment of Armed security guard with uniform and other charges for Bally Jagacha Water Treatment Plant under Howrah Division, PHE Dte. i) For Main Gate Of WTP a) Night Shift -1 No. Total - 1 No. Grand Total = 1 No. X365 days = 365 Nos Man Days The charges for engagement of security guards for the work of guarding at WTP & Intake Premices minimum payment for wages @Rs. 487.00 per day per head shall be made by agency to individual engagement for this item. The agency concern shall also pay E.S.I. contribution (Employer) @3.25%, E.P.F. Contribution (Employer) @ 13% on the basis wages accordingly and @ 8.33% as bonus upon the payment aginst this item which shall be paid by the agency before Durga Puja festival/ Eid-ul-Zuha festival any the case maybe. Agency also supply uniform to the guard - 2 sets (pant + shirt), cap, lathi, whistle etc. and fulfill other requirements of guards as applicable). Note:- The rate inclusive of ESI & EPF all complete.
