Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,any type.

Surface excavation n.exc.30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Felling of shrubs n.exc. 30 cm of girth when measured at 1.00mtr above ground level including cutting of trunk and branches,removing roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing site all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in hard/ dense soil .

Removing excavated material exc 50 mtr and n.exc 250m deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L Cement concrete Type D-2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete all as spcified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking binding spirally for hooking for columns and binding with and inc mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement

All as per item no 9 above but 5mm dia and over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups,spacing & binders to 8mm dia, quality conforming to

M&L Providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred top as directed and fixed

M&L Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n.exc 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred top as directed and fixed

M&L Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165

M & L in repairs for Angle iron posts joist,angle, or tee sections fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for restraining, resecuring of barbed wire including making good staples etc

S&F concentrina coil 450mm dia with scrapper barb,56 spirals with 125 clips per 6m length complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C ,1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar 1:6 , complete

Supply only of Chain Link MS galvanised fencing ,any size of or type 50mmx50mm ,3.8 mm dia and @not less than 3.90kg/Sqm .

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long with including drilling etc and 12mm neck diameter .

M&L for Preparing new surfaces of steel of any description over 10mm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide,zinc chrome all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade including dismantling of old one.
