VFD CONTROL PANEL FOR SECONDARY CHILLED WATER PUMP
The VFD shall comply with IEEE-519 and having built-in input chokes, for harmonic supression on current (THID) less than 30 % to 35% only and voltage harmonic (THVD) less than 5%. This indicated harmonics shall be at drive input side. Standard logic applicable for the secified pump. The drive shall be having open protocole connectivity (Modbus/Bacnet/N2/FLN) and having a bypass mode with Star-Delta starter including S&F of VFD of suitable rating ( MAKE: ABB/DANFOSS/SIEMENS) , MCCB as incomer of suitable rating, C/O Switch overload protection, SPP, phase srequency protection and connection with suitable copper wire with ON,OFF & Trip indication, connectors etc. in SS enclosure with 2 nos ventilation fans (1W+1S) through 24x7 time switch to be fixed on wall as per direction of EIC.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) of suitable capacity as per the rating of secondary CW pump-motor with consideration of starting current (Input: 3-phase, 440 V, 50 Hz +/- 2.5% AC input & output: 3-phase, 0-415V, 0-50 Hz AC). The VFD shall comply with IEEE-519 and having built-in input chokes, for harmonic supression on current (THD) less than 30 % to 35% only and voltage harmonic (THVD) less than 5, i.e, harmonics shall be at drive input side. Common Feature of above Incomer & Buscoupler ACBs: All the ACBs should conform to IS 13947 - 2 - 1993 as amended upto date and should have minimum following protection i) adjustable overload with time delay, ii) adjustable short circuit with time delay, iii) Instantaneous current, iv) adjustable Earth fault with time delay, v) adjustable neutral protection - (min. 50%, 100%). INTERLOCKING & AUTOMATION
Electrical interlocking through advance contacts in ACBs and mechanical interlocking by bourdon wire (and with 3 castles and 2 keys as optional) for two nos. incoming ACBs and Bus Coupler ACB to ensure that only one supply is available at any time on each section of the bus and to eliminate any possibility of accidental approaching of two supplies at one bus section - 1 set
Panel shall be modbus ethernet ready upto plug & play with RS485 - Ethernet Converter (Minimum 2 nos.) incl S&F of suitable managed Ethernet Switch and there should be one RJ-45 / Ethernet Output from the panel to communicate over Modbus TCP/IP and from Remote SCADA (Existing) including inter connection, control wiring etc as required with FRLS Cu cable.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT SITC of suitable capacity Water Treatment plant to operate in conjunction running AC plant comprises of Fedd Pump, Iron Removal Filter, Water Softener. The Plant must be constructed with welded Mild Steel of adequate thickness not less than 5 mm complete with Iron eliminator, Brine Tank made out of FRP 5 mm thick, pump with suitable capacity along with motor, electrical cabling work, chemicals and reagents for initial charge complete with all respect for satisfactory performance. The job also includes Inlet, Outlet, Drain Connections including interconnecting pipes from Inlet water source to the Plants and up to the delivery point from the Plants inclduing electrical wiring for Feed Pumps & Agitataors and including submission of Test Reports of Water Quality before & after commissioning of the WTP. The job to be exceuted in strict compliance with proper safety protocoles with the help of proper MS scaffolding structures and other mandatory needs (as per the direction EIC)

SITC of Monoblock Type Water re-circulating Pump-Motor set 3 HP (head : minimum 66 mtrs.) complete mounted and aligned with vibration isolators including S&F of suitable rated DOL starter (LT/LK MK-1 type) and electrical connections complete in all respects. (1 No. Working + 1 No. StandBy) [for utilization of condensate water from AC indoor units (AHUs/FCUs) in make up water sytem of the AC plant for recycling & conservation of water]
Providing minor natured civil work like making brick supports/pedestals and making holes/groovs for installation of machineries, pipes and ducts etc. as per following:
Cutting of brick wall by necessary tools & tackles with the help of skilled labour for passing different sizes duct & pipe lines in horizontal run including mending good the damages upto painting with original wall matching colour and removal of rubbish as per direction & prior permission of EIC.
Core cutting of RCC slab by necessary tools & tackles with the help of skilled labour for passing different sizes duct & pipe lines in vertical run including mending good the damages upto painting with original wall matching colour and removal of rubbish as per direction & prior permission of EIC.
Supply, fabrication, erection of additional MS structural work beyond normal laying for providing special supporting arrangement in hazardous zones in laying Pipes, Ducts, Cables, Cable Trays, Foundations, Structures, Supports, other AC accessories: M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. The above structure should be painted 2 coats painting over 2 coats of primer as per direction of EIC.
Terms and Conditions
a. Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.
b. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
c. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
d. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
(Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work)
