Job contract for providing paramedic staff in shifts for all days including including Sunday and public holidays for manning Medical Inspection Room and conducting Breathe Analyzer Examination services of the Officials working at Hubballi Airport as per DGCA CAR Section 5, Series F Part IV as per specifications and terms and conditions of contract. (For 1 Year period) Note: 1. Agency will be required to provide minimum 1 Trained Personnel holding BSC (Nursing)/ Diploma (Nursing) per shift for 2 shift operation i.e 2 Paramedic staff per day for all days including including Sunday and public holidays 2. The rate shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST and statutory labour components of PF, ESI and Bonuses. Similarly labour component i.r.o. PF, ESI and bonuses will be reimbursed separately on the actual payment basis on production of documentary evidence /proof of depositing such amount to statutory, regulatory authorities as applicable 3.
