Attending breakdown call and rectification of EA 7.5 KVA to 62.5 KVA set faults including providing minor spares if reqd such as connecting copper wires, removing air from fuel pump, control fuse, ferrules, lugs i/c minor works etc etc alongwith testing & commissioning etc. complete as required . (Note:- Allowed only once per site per fault. For subsequent visit to attend the DG set to provide the items hereunder will not be paid separately. It is assumed that all items as below shall be carried out by firm in first visit only). The distance for the visit shall be measured from the subDivision Head Quarter.

Carrying out 'B' Check servicing of following capacity E/A sets located at various T.E. Bldg / BTS under under Kolhapur SSA including replacement of old engine oil, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter etc. by new as per manufactures recommendation including arranging vehicle, transportation, manpower, tools and tackles, testing etc. as required. (Oil, filters shall be manufacturer recommonded specs) (Note: This item includes visit charges, nothing extra on this account shall be paid)

Supplying & filling of coolent in radiator of water cooled EA set etc as required.

Overhauling & Reconditioning of radiator of up to 32.5 KVA DG set which includes Dismantling the complete radiator fan assembly from the engine, dismantling radiator assembly, transporting to workshop, pressure testing, tracing the leakage in the tube, attending & repairing of leakages, brazing, welding damaged sections, cleaning of all fins with air pressure, cleaning of rusted portion of radiator, Servcing & cleaning of whole radiator, providing anti rust coating, hydraulic pressure testing, and refixing of radiator assembly , tesing & trial run of DG set etc. complete as required.

Overhauling & Reconditioning of radiator of above 32.5 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set which includes Dismantling the complete radiator fan assembly from the engine, dismantling radiator assembly, transporting to workshop, pressure testing, tracing the leakage in the tube, attending & repairing of leakages, brazing, welding damaged sections, cleaning of all fins with air pressure, cleaning of rusted portion of radiator, Servcing & cleaning of whole radiator, providing anti rust coating, hydraulic pressure testing, and refixing of radiator assembly , tesing & trial run of DG set etc. complete as required.

Dismantling,Shifting and transportation of following DG set with accoustic enclosure/RTU, DG set without enclosure, Control Panel and all other associated accessories including loading, unloading at both ends, hiring of vehicle, arranging manpower, tools and tackles, lifting arrangement by hydra/crane etc. complete as required.

a) Upto 30 KM

c) From 61 KM to 120 KM

Installation,Testing and commissioning of E/A sets alongwith accoustic enclosure/RTU, DG set without enclosure on existing foundation/ location and fixing existing earthing strip , welding the silensor strip,cable connections with earthing complete with testing & trial run test on existing load for 3 hrs etc complete as required.( Note The diesel / consumable for trial load test shall be supplied by BSNL )

Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in folllowing manner etc. as required. a) 3.5x 25 sqmm ( ISI Mark)

a) on wall surface as required.(clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

b) In hume /RCC/Metal pipe as required

c) In air / on pole alongwith 6 SWG GI wire with clamping.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying & laying 6 sq. mm. multistrand copper conductor flexible cable for neutral earth connection i/c Providing & fixing copper lugs etc as reqd (Make : Havells/ polycab/ss) (ISI mark) (For Engine Neutral earthing)

Supplying and laying of 40 mm. Dia. "A" Class G.I. pipe atleast 300mm deep from ground level including excavation,repairing with cement concrete,finishing,curing etc as required.

Providing and making locking arrengement to existing salient canopy door complete with welding of MS sections/ Fixing hinges / steel aldrops with providing lock having 3 set of keys including drilling holes fixing of roofing bolts, nuts and washers etc.as required.
