Cutting wild growth i.e. grass, shurbs, bushes etc upto 150 mm from ground level by using tractor with jungle jim including removing outside of runway field area, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall provide tractor with jungle jim, driver, diesel/petrol including T& P shall be included in quoted rate.

Note:- Tenderer shall provide machine, bush cutter ,T&P & diesel/petrol and shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply only 400 micron polythene film (transparent) as per IS-2508 : 2016, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for self adhesive reflective tape background including preparation of surfaces as taking down of existing self adhesive reflective tape background including alphabets/numbers/letters in DTGM/cautionary boards/sign boards complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Alphabets/numbers/letters shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for self adhesive retro reflective tape including preparation of surfaces as existing tape for alphabets/numbers/letters in DTGM/ cautionary boards/sign boards complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Qty shall be measured based on length/width and height of letters cut from a square/rectangular sheet.

M&L for replacement of existing sign board of size exc 0.36sqm and not exc 0.81sqm with following specifications or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) Main frame for sign board shall be made of aluminium square/rectangular hollow section not less than 38.10mmx38.10mmx1.20mm including S&F of polycarbonate sheet of size exc 0.36sqm and not exc 0.81sqm both side of aluminium frame. (b) The height of bottom side of board shall be minimum 300mm above ground level or as per users requirement and the board shall be fixed minimum 300mm below ground level with PCC 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (c) The numbers/letters/digit/sign/lines/arrows, etc. made of retro reflective tape having reflective tape background shall be fixed over 2mm thick Polycarbonate sheet of approved colour. Note : Before procurement/supply, sample of board shall be produced by the contractor for approval of GE.

Forming 25mm wide new expansion joint using pre-formed filler board and filled with polyurethane joint filling sealant using mechanical means upto full depth (depth minimum above the back up rod dia 32mm) with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10 mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod complete all as specified and directed. M&L for application of SBR latex based polymer emulsion based single component styrene butadiene co-polymer applied above PQC surface like PTT , dispersal, links & loops with bostic/Dr fixit/STP on the repaired surface after proper mixing in ratio of latex and OPC cement 1:2 by volume and applying coats of the mix in a span of as per manufacture instruction all other details complete as per manufacturers specification or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of soil/muddy soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator or tractor ) / manual means in drains , including dressing of sides and cleaning of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 500m from drain complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering of septic tanks/soakage wells and sewage line/flood sump/Drain by pumping with trolley mounted pump sets including carrying the waste water in closed containers and unloading it out side the MoD land at location shown by Engr-in-Charge at a distance n. exc 5 km from the starting point including removing the existing manholes cover and replacing the same, septic tanks/ soakage wells of any size/depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc & removing debries out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer), laid dry or laid dry and pointed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrieved from item no 26 shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Bricks laid on edge, using sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, grouted in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 as in flooring laid to herring-bone pattern or diagonally including necessary surface dressing in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (below or above ground level) ground floors and paving any description and in any position and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drains, surface channels complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

M&L for raking out joints and pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitre/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade aggregate as in copings, cills and other similar works all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
