Dismentalling & Removing Doors ,Windows & Ventilators Including Frames, Hinges etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Dismentalling G.C.I or A.C Sheet Roof including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S Angle 50x50x5mm for roof purlines and trusses using required size of angles including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying fitting and fixing of G.C.I Sheet Coloured ( Durashine 50mm thick ) in roof with fixing of "L" & "J" hooks including cost of nuts and bolts, washers and fixing wind tiels and ridges etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Wall painting two coats with Acralic Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour at all heights to the interior surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Wall painting two coats with Weather coat paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & with a approved quality primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete in all respect as per the directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Window Grill made out of M.S Flat conforming to IS 2062/2006 painted with Red Oxide Primer as per the design approve by E.I.C including cost,conveyance of all materials, priming,and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'0" center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0"x2'0" with 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle board (Novapan standard type) (I.S.I.) suspended from ceiling including cost, conveyance, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete in all respect as per the directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
