PART -I - COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF B/R WORKS

Taking up or down steel water tubings and connections of 15mm bore pipe including cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubings and connections of 20mm bore pipe including cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing of size 15/20mm for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases for concealed water tubing of any type of wall, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in CM 1:3 etc., and making good by applying wall care putty etc, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes 20mm outer dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or layuing in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes 25 mm outer dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or layuing in floors complete all as specified.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls superficial area exc 150 sqcm but nexc 400 sqcm built in cement mortar and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required

S&F in repairs 15mm bore Pillar taps bore cast copper alloy, with capstan heads,chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts,screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified. Make : Hindware

S&F in repairs 15mm bore stop valve/Angle cock, chromium plated fancy type cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed of,complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hindware
