Cleaning and removing of the old epoxy floor system (or) floor coating from the floor with the help of power tools. Floor to be cleaned by using mechanised equipment such as scrubbers, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners and moisture test machine etc. as per requirement all as directed by EIC.

Surface preparation of existing concrete flooring including scarfying, grinding or light shot blasting of concrete surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose particals, paint residuals, repairing of floor cracks and dents, removing the oil, grease, other contaminations in the flooring Two times washing the same using necessary chemicals.

Supply and application of PU based filling material for repairing blowholes, Pin holes, bug holes and other surface undulations of distressed concrete in patches using Suitable polyurethane material. Applying of required thickness in single layer of approved product finished flush with existing surface inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment and necessary form work if required. Material should be of reputed make like Master Builders Solutions / Dr.Cipy /Fosroc, and MYK arment only, as approved by EIC (Payment shall be made as per actual consumption of mortar in Kgs) The application should be done by authorised applicator of OPM (Original Product Manufacturer) with experienced persons. The contratcor should provide 36months warrenty for the work, which should free from crack, bubbles, flakes etc.,)

M & L for mixing and laying of PU Sealant over concrete joints and to be sealed using over the Backer rod which shall be position on the filler board of the Expansion joints including surface preparation, providing backer rod of required dia. Approximate size of expansion joints are 25 mm x 50 mm. Material should be of reputed make like Master Builders Solutions / Dr.Cipy /Fosroc, and MYK arment only, as approved by EIC . The application should be done by authorised applicator of OPM (Original Product Manufacturer) with experienced persons. The contratcor should provide 36months warrenty for the work, which should free from crack, bubbles, flakes etc.,

Supply and application of 4mm thick (1 mm of Scatch Coat and 3 mm of Top Coat) self-smoothening polyurethane concrete Flooring system, including surface preparation before applicationof polyurethane concrete flooring like U-crete MF of Master Builder Solutions / Nitofloor SL3000 UT of Fosroc/ Duracrete of Dr.Cipy/FloArm Top HPU 4 Plus of MYK arment, reputed flooring system only. Make and colour should be approved by EIC. The entire scope of the work are as follows: Surface Preparation: The surface of the substrate should be made absolutely dry & free from dust,oil,laitance to achieve the maximum bond strength between substrate & flooring system. Making necessary grooves of size 10mm X 10mm size all along the line of edge of the floor and creating mechanical bond with the existing flooring by cutting necessary grooves in the flooring, all around the existing flooring joints/ edges. Scratch Coat: The material must be applied to the prepared substrate @ minimum 1 mm thickenes (depending upon the floor condition) as a scratch coat to fill up the pores of existing flooring surface, after surface preparation and allowed to dry until it is tack free, prior to the application of the topping. All the damaged part of existing flooring system must be filled with above material. Floor Topping: Providing and application of self-smoothening Polyurethane Flooring system of 3 mm thickness with Mixed density 1.8 gm/cc and above, Adhesive pullout bond strenght above 1.5 Mpa, Tensile strength of 5-10 Mpa as per BS/ASTM Specification, compressive strength from 40 to 56 Mpa as BS/ASTM, Flexural strength of minimum 17 to 21 Mpa, Water absorption should be 0 to 0.06%, Chemical & slip resistance should be at desired level as per the specification of the manufacturer. Make: Master Builders Solutions /Dr. Cipy / Fosroc/MYK arment only as approved by EIC (Payment shall be made in square meters of the floor area for complete work as mentioned above.) The application should be done by authorised applicator of OPM (Original Product Manufacturer) with experienced persons. The contratcor should provide 36months warrenty for the work, which should free from crack, bubbles, flakes etc.,)

M & L for applying polyurethane 100 - 150 mm width Line marking coating using of Fosroc Nitoflor PUW100/Dr. Cipy FK 666 of Dr. Cipy/FloArm Top PUD of MYK arment./ U-crete of Master Builders solutions / only at 90/100 microns thick according to the lay out and width will be decided and as approved by EIC. (Make: Fosroc. Dr.Cipy/MYK arment , and Master Builders Solutions only ) The application should be done by authorised applicator of OPM (Original Product Manufacturer) with experienced persons. The contratcor should provide 36months warrenty for the work, which should free from crack, bubbles, flakes etc.,)
