Providing and fixing 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595 x 595 mm , made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16 mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12 micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC Film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and preparing the walls, scafolding, washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding ect all as per direction of E/I.

Two track four panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 4.00 sqmupto 8.00 sqm).

Providing 25 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening curing with all leads and lifts of water scaffolding taxes all complete as per direction of E/I.
