Scarifying the existing granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres - by mechanical means.

Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller, complete as per clause 310.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Supply of Quary rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of pecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All workupto plinth level -1:4:8 (1 cement:4coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mmnominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work from foundation, footings, bases for columns.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces.

Raising of various types of manholes and flushing tank by cutting alround the manhole cover, removing the frame and cover from the manhole by cutting the B.T., W.B.M., surface, raising the manhole to the required height with brick work in cement motar 1:4 (One cement and four sand), refixing the frame in position by laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three 20mm HBG metal) including curing, but excluding the cost of reinforcement, finishing the top, inside and outside plastering with 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand), the rate includes all materials, providing barricading,caution board, watch and ward etc.,complete till the completion of work with minimum hindrance to the traffic.- 30cm height.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blockof M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design /shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc.fillng the joints with course sand etc.all complete .

Fabrication, supply and fixing of village/informatory name board of size 106mx0.61mts. The width of board is tapered at 0.8mts upto 1.06mts to give the traiangular shape at one end with high intensity reflective sheeting of required colour encapsulated on aluminium sheets of not less than 2mm thick suitably supported and framed with 25mm x 25mm x3mm AISI 316grade stainless steel pipe of 38mmdia(outer dia 2mm wall thickness). The village name/street names, lettering and symbols willbe provided by High intensity grade white sheetinf. The Board is supported by Two nos. of 63mm dia post S. S pipes for 2.0mts height with same dia Dummy plate arrangedment at the top. The board frame and post pipes are welded by Tig welding with necessary polishing etc., and M.S.pipes of 50mm dia for a length of 35cm will be welded at the bottom of the posts and fixed in a ground pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.5mts with PCC 1:2:4. Rate includs all the materials. S.S. welding, grinding, polishing fabrication charges, conveyance etc., including earth work and P.C.C charges, complete .

Disposal of debries / surplus excavated earth including loading, unloading and conveyance to low lying areas within 2km lead as directed by the Engineer in charge.
