REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS / FEEDER PILLAR BOX AND CONNECTED WORK IN MAP AND OTM UNDER ZONE B AT BATHINDA UNDER GE(U) BATHINDA

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolished PCC foundation and all accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicating lamps etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair indicator lamp in differenet colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) complete (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Digital voltmeter of range 0-500 V with setting of phase to phase checking of voltage complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Digital Ammeter with CT's burdon 800A/5ma of range of scale 0-800A with setting of phase wise checking of current complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Digital Ammeter with CT's burdon 400A/5ma of range of scale 0-400A with setting of phase wise checking of current complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of the old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removel of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine after coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Repair to LT panel board body by replacing with new MS sheet of existing gauge size and shape including applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (Existing shade colour ) with using spray machine after coat of primer for door shutter / body of feeder piller, including replacement of broken hinges with new hinges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The rate of two coats of synthetic enamelled paint and one coat of primer is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. For payment purpose weight of paint and premier shall not be considered. Measurement and Payment shall be made only on actual weight of MS sheet .Contractor shall not be claimed extra on this account.(iii) The rate of new hings in lieu of old broken hinges is included in this item. Payment shall be made as per actual weight of hinges as certify by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LT junction box cubical type of size 60 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm,415 volts for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25x25x5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed.

Supply,Fixing and testing LT Air circuit breaker 1000 Amp . 4 pole , 415 volts , 50 Hz, 65 KA, microprocessor release Manual draw out type complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on each side and 3.00mtr distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-For measurement and payment purpose each span shall be considered as 40.00 mtr. Span.If the length of span is less than 40.00mtr measurment and payment shall be considered proportionally.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junctionbox/LT panel/O/H line etc all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers complete fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers complete fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench all as specified and directed.

Checking of LT Pannel disconnecting of electric supply and taking down LT cable by cutting old nuts bolts & washer etc . Taking out old burnt cable of any size and type/ make from pannel including taking out loop etc. Recnnecting cable after providing new copper lugs of suitable sizes 16 sqmm to 185 sqmm LT cable and fixing with nuw nuts, botls& washers etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excation and earth work for taking out cable loop deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made LT FEEDER PILLAR shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance, Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529 and the share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not be accepted. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should pass glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Make- Hensel/Rittal/L&T/Schneider/ABB. Make- Hensel/Rittal/L&T/Schneider/ABB or equivalent in CPRI & CMD Make approved Note :- it shall be responsibilty of contractor to obtain the copy of CPRI Test report in Polycarbonate of Degree of ingress Protection IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529 from the manufacturer and submit the same to Engineer-in-charge.If contractor fails submit the report to the department will recover an amount of Rs.10000.00 from the dues of contractor.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning HT feeder pillar box factor made cubical type dust proof, out door type both side opening of size 110 x 100 x 60 cm of SS304 sheet 3 mm thick WITH OUT power coated machine pressed front opening in two halves with rubber gasket / bedding , locking arrangement with sliding bolt including aluminium bus bar of size 50mm x 10 mm and 80 cm long 3 strips mounted on HT insulators ecah strip should be munted minimum two insulator and nut bolt panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm and legs 40 cm long duly spray painted internally and externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type ‘B-1’ ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete incoming / outgoing cable provision.
