Operation & Maintenance(O&M) of existing sewer network through SCADA system connecting with 03 nos. of STPs in Paradip Port township with supply of manpower, proper tools & plants for smooth operation of all electrical and mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, electrical fittings/wiring, instrumentation, all pipe lines, all type of valves available,attending leak repair/ maintenance to the pipelines,valves in the sewage network, providing continuous internet service to all the sewage lifting stations (110 nos.) and SCADA office rooms (3 nos.) with internet security system, renewal of Static ID & IP Address, patching of vulnerability required for compliance to the cyber security audit of PPA/any authorized agency appointed by PPA to the OT assets including software installed in the SCADA system, attending to preventive maintenance & breakdown (Major/Minor) to all the assets (all the equipment, fittings/valves for the entire sewer network from all lifting stations to 03 nos of STPs along with SCADA system) as per the list indicated below with supply of all labour, materials,transportation cost, T&P etc. including cost of labour, EPF,ESI ,PPE,Bonus all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding the cost of GST). List of Assets: (i) 116 Nos. 03 HP pumps (including 06 Nos. of spare pumps) (ii) 01 Nos. 7.5 HP pump (iii) 06 Nos. 20 HP pumps (iv) 110 Nos. of electrical panel (3 phase-440 Volts) (v) 03 Nos. of Fans and 15 Nos. of LED Lights (in SCADA Room premises) (vi) 110 Nos. Non-Returnable Valves(100mm Dia) (vii) 110 Nos. Butterfly Valves(100mm Dia) (viii)9895 mtr 250 mm dia, 10930 mtr 200mm dia and 3120 mtr 100mm dia pipeline(laid over a radius of 2.5 Km in Port Township) ix) 03 Nos. of Computer system with Monitors, CPUs and Key Boards with 01 No. of printer (x) 03 Nos. wifi routers ( to be recharged for the entire period of O&M including renewal of static ID & IP address). xi) 110 sim card with data pack ( to be recharged for the entire period of O&M) N.B.: (1) If during the operation, any pumps, motors, electrical panels,cables or any other equipment /installations are not in workable & repairable condition then the replacement of the same from reputed manufactures shall be made by the bidder at his/their own cost. (2) Power supply will be given by Paradip Port Authority. (3) Watch & ward is the responsibility of the bidder. (4)This excludes the maintenance of SCADA software and server .(5) The agency has to submit necessary supporting documents alongwith bill ,towards recharge of 03 Nos. wifi routers & 110 sim card with data pack for the entire period .

Operation & Maintenance of Paradip Port Cesspool Tanker for cleaning/lifting of sludge, scums etc from Septic Tanks, Collection Sumps, Lifting Stations, Open Drain Sump, including Periodical Servicing, RTO renewal, Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate renewal, lubrication, gear oil etc. including preventive maintenance for keeping cesspool tanker in workable condition all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding the cost of GST) N.B: No idle charges shall be paid.
