SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CI GI PIPE LINE IRON REMOVAL PLANT AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS PURNEA UNDER AGE I AF PURNEA

M&L excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr width and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 mm thick for any type of soil all as directed.

M&L removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mm and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Taking up or down old CI/GI/PPR pipe of any dia from trenches/floor including connected fittings/accessories etc of any size complete including cleaning/re-fixing/replacing with necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fittings laid in trenches/walls/callings or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 110 mm including all fittings and flange if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

All as per item no-5 here-in-before but of 90 mm dia.

Supply and fix in repair CI Sluice Valves, class PN 1.6, 150 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair PP-R Gate Valves (Brass Insert) of 90 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair PPR Gate Valves (Brass Insert) of 63 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit internal dimension 900x900x900mm with fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 and 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 inside the chamber incl floor & exposed surfaces of wall, over 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 flooring (External size of manhole plus 75mm off set in each side) over 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 and 3mm thick MS sheet cover welded with MS angel iron frame of size 40x40x6mm, MS flat iron bracings (both ways) of size 40x6mm and with locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work all as specified and directed including dismantling of existing damaged one.

All as per item No.11 above but valve pit size 650mm x 650mm x 650mm (internally) complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Indian Iron removal plant (IRP) factory assembled floor mounted, of capacity 10000 Gallon/hrs, consisting of 01 set of multi grade filter, 01 set of oxidation chamber complete and 01 set of Air Compressor for back wash suitable for treatment of raw water to limit content after treatment pipe connection, fittings, valves etc. The Iron removal Plant shall be comprising of following :- (a) Oxidation chamber vertical cylindrical type fabricated vessel of suitable size as per IS 2062 inc pipe 100 mm, butterfly valve of suitable size inc 2 no. pressure gauge sampling cocks fitted with oxidation chamber. The shell thickness will be 6 mm and dished end having 6 mm and bed plate under drain collecting system will be strainer on bed plate diameter of vessel shall be 900 mm and height of straight 750 mm. (b) Multi Grade Filter vertical type MS fabricated vessel of suitable size as per IS 2062 including pipeline 100 mm, butterfly valve of suitable size including 2 nos pressure gauge sampling cocks fitted with sand media having 950 mm media depth. The shell thickness shall be 6 mm with header and lateral collecting system having adequate size of air vent line with valve etc diameter of vessel of MGF shall be 2000 mm and height of straight-1875 mm. (c) Multi stage high pressure electric driven Air compressor with motor of Max working pressure 20 Kg/Cm2, 200 L and shell thickness not less than 4 mm including necessary connection fittings to IRP. NOTE :-(i) Max working pressure of Plant 3.5 Kg/sq cm and min working pressure 2.0 Kg/sq cm including gauge 0 to 06 Kg/sqcm. (ii) All necessary pipes, flanges, fitting, valves and inter line pipe connection and price of media grade, MNO2, Charcoal deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii)The water sample to be tested by any CSIR Lab conforming to IS 10500 : 2012 before and after installation of filter by contractor for PH, Turbidity and Iron (mg/L) for suitable range of drinking water and deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) PCC foundation, RCC, excavation, returning-filling, removal etc and filter media required at site as recommended by manufacturer deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80mm dia cast iron non return (Reflux) valve, with flanged ends Non Return with GM working parts IS - 5312 heavy duty, drilled for bolts, including necessary rubber gasket joint complete with nuts and bolts for the following sizes including taking down the old unserviceable valves all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100 mm dia CI sluice valve both end flanged, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 80 mm dia CI sluice valve both end flanged, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty grade MS pipe of 80 mm dia making in shape through cutting, welding of flange of suitable size complete for fixing of sluice valve, diaphragm valve with nut-bolts arrangement complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Digital Water level indicator comprises of a stainless steel robe unit of suitable length up to 5 M Depth of tanks and a Digital display indicator. The probe shall have Continuous Magnetic reed sensors with resolution of 10 mm, with 0-5000 ohms resistance to act as potentiometer. The Sensors to be actuated by a single actuating float to give analog output based on level at any stage. Digital Indicator unit, with Jumbo 5 Digit Red LED 7 segment display of 100 mm each, to be connected with the Probe unit. The unit shall have High and Low alarm to be set according to requirement based on levels indicated. It should be possible to calibrate the Indicator to display in percentage or liters, centimeters as required including Electrical wiring with suitable size, MCB, switch, socket, pipe line & connections etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Development of existing tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water at Domestic PH, Officer Area PH & Tech Pump HS for at least 8 Hrs for each location including labour & T&P for taking out pump, motor and Colum pipe and re inserting the same in bore well after development complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield by V-notch complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F chlorine dosing pump Diaphragm type /Electromagnetic type of capacity upto 6 LPH, Pressure-10 kgs , Power-210 V, complete with suction pipe , Discharge Pipe, Foot Valve, Line injector, Hose Pipe(15ft), 100 L FRP tank with motor and PVC agitator, Manual, Test certificate complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge. Make-E Dose(Capacity-0-6LPH)/Toshcon Jesco (Capacity-0-6LPH)

Supply and lay 100 mm dia galvanized iron pipe, “Heavy class”, including fittings, with flanged complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch 63 to 110 mm dia with PP-R main by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) for 50 mm dia and above and re-screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions or for a new connection etc. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing butterfly valve conforming to IS 13095 of size 100 mm size complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All As per item 29 but of size 80 mm

Disconnecting all connection of existing iron removal plant including all components and to be deposited in MES Yard as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
