Supplying/Installat of Walnut Wooden Back Wall. The project requires the supply and installation of a 18 mm-thick, back-certified, seasoned walnut wood wall panel system. The panels must be constructed of three-tier, seasoned, and chemically treated walnut stem wood only. The design features a carved Victorian motif, including integrated walnut pillars. The wall system incorporates wood carving details over 12 mm walnut wooden panels and is finished with a high-quality, original matte sealer (superior class), It should house LCD Unit and Brass Extruded backlit made nameplate depiction to be decided by EIC. The complete job must meet the provided sample and gain approval from the relevant authority. Hand carved (cost incl. dismantling).

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with Acoustic Slat Panels consisting of a 12mm to 15mm thick Fire Retardant (FR) grade MDF/HDF core finished with Natural Walnut Veneer/KD wood having a minimum NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.50 as per IS 8225:1987 and fire performance as per BS:476 (Part 7), including a framework made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel (GMS) sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed sections (galvanizing @ 120 grams per sqm) with vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36mm placed at 600mm center-to-center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32mm fixed using 12mm dia, 50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fasteners with 10mm bolt, including horizontal channels at 600mm centers to form a 600mm x 600mm grid, with 50mm thick Resin Bonded Glasswool of density 48kg/m wrapped in black acoustic fleece inserted in the cavity, panels fixed to the grid using self-tapping nickel-coated MS screws or secret-fix clips leaving a uniform V-groove/T&G joint, and finishing the surface with two coats of Melamine/PU polish to the required shade and gloss, including all necessary walnut edge beadings, decorative moldings, dismantling of old wall panels,, scaffolding, wastage, and lead/lift, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with Leatherette Panels consisting of a 12mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Plywood/FR-grade MDF backing and a 25mm to 40mm thick high-density acoustic foam/poly-fiber core, upholstered with Premium Fire- Retardant (FR) Leatherette of approved shade and texture, having a minimum NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.80 as per IS 8225:1987, including a framework made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel (GMS) sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed sections (galvanizing @ 120 grams per sqm) with vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36mm placed at 600mm center-to-center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32mm fixed using 12mm dia, 50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fasteners with 10mm bolt, including horizontal channels at 600mm centers to form a 600mm x 600mm grid, with 50mm thick Resin Bonded Glasswool of density 48kg/m³ wrapped in black acoustic fleece inserted in the cavity, panels fixed to the grid using specialized Z-clips or hidden mechanical fasteners to ensure a seamless finish, including all necessary SS (Stainless Steel) or Teak Wood T- profiles/beadings for mid-patch transitions, decorative tufting/stitching as per design, dismantling of old wall panels, scaffolding, wastage, and lead/lift, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing of decorative wooden false ceiling (Loft type) all around the room including central dropped beam, fabricated out of kiln seasoned wooden framework of required section (minimum 50mm x25mm) treated with anti-termite solution, securely fixed to RCC slab/walls with dash fasteners, screws and approved fixtures at required spacing to form a rigid, level and true structure as per approved architectural design; boarding with 12mm thick BWP grade plywood on ceiling surfaces and beam boxing Including providing 6mm ply on vertical drops wherever required; incorporating decorative wooden jaali (jaller) work made out of approved quality hardwood sections in approved pattern & design, fixed in position with necessary supports; providing recessed pockets for cove lighting and central beam lighting arrangement; Including concealed electrical conduiting with FRLS PVC conduit and copper wiring for lighting circuit from switch point to fixtures; finishing of exposed wooden surfaces with laminate / veneer duco paint as per approved design and providing melamine / PU polish to wooden jaali and visible members after necessary surface preparation including sand papering, wood filler and primer; also including providing and fixing approved quality designer wallpaper on vertical beam faces and ceiling borders using suitable adhesive; complete with all fittings, fixtures, lipping, edge finishing, cut-outs for light fixtures, dismantling old boarding, scaffolding and making good damages; complete in all respects as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Measurement shall be taken on plan area including central beam projection).

Supplying, fitting and fixing 8mm thick laminated wooden flooring work conforming to EN 13329: 2006 with plank size not less than 1200mmx190 mm (with unilin/tongue-groove locking arrangement) having 0.2mm thick top abrasive layer over a decorative layer followed by a High-density fibreboard (HDF) having density >940kg/m3 substrate core over a rasin saturated backing layer and installing through unilin or tongue less than 1000 kg/m) over a 2 mm thick underlayer polyurethene foram on polythene sheet 250 micron, over a smooth, flat, hard subfloor free from moisture (<8%), grease etc. complete in all respect with requisite accessories like end profile, transition profile, reducer 'T' profile etc. wherever required and preparation of base including all other incidental works as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and fixing approved quality designer wallpaper of required shade, texture and pattern over prepared wooden base, comprising of providing and fixing 12mm thick BWP grade plywood backing fixed over wooden 0 framework/wall surface with necessary screws and fasteners, and providing 2mm thick MDF sheet over plywood to achieve smooth and uniform surface; including surface preparation such as sanding, edge finishing and application of suitable primer/sealer where required; fixing of wallpaper using recommended adhesive ensuring proper alignment of patterns, matching of joints and bubble-free finish; including cutting to required sizes, making openings for electrical boxes/switches, finishing edges neatly, scaffolding and all incidental works; complete in all respects as per approved sample and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Measurement shall be taken on finished surface area).

wiring for lighting points/fan points/ exhaust fan points/call bell points with 1.5 sq mm FRES PVC insulated Bexible stranded copper conductor wires in recessed or surface medium class PVC ronduit, with 240V 6A modular switch, modular plate (Matching series) and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FALS PVC Insulated copper conductor single core cable, etc. as required. (Havells/ Polycab/ Anthor/ Finolex/XEI/RR or eq. make) excl, cost of conduit. Group C
