(B/R PORTION) Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for .(upto 04 storey High of building)

M&L for RCC for Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas/ shelves, similar work all as specified and directed (upto 04 storey high building)

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.(upto 04 storey High of building)

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(upto 04 storey High of building)

M&L 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surfaces without using extra cement finishing fair and even in CM 1:3 including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of alkali registant primer with 2mm thick wall care putty. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(upto 04 storey High of building).

M/L complete removal of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping including old putty surface etc and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali registant primer and coat of wall / ceiling putty ( 2mm thick) to match with the new suface on wall and ceiling , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( incl necessary scaffolding ,upto 04 storey High of building).

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper to old decorated surfaces of wall/ ceiling including preparation surfaces (by brooming down steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, effoloresent, salts trading oil and greasy spots etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and floor/ wall tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons all as specified and directed .
