Supply of SMC junction boxes anti-corrosive, water resistant, UV protected, high temp resistant, weather able and suitable for all kinds of climatic conditions. Self colourd, fire retardant and high dielectric strength & maintenance free, Make: - Sintex, Binani and DJB approved make.
Supplying and fixing 6 Amp rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole DSR 2022 Item Make: L&T, C&S, Siemens DJB approved make.
Supply of PVC copper flexible wire 1.5 sq. mm make Havell/Grandlay/Finolex and DJB approved make.
Supply of 10 Sq. mm. X 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE Aluminium Armored cables. Make: Gloster/Universal/ Grandlay/ DJB Approved.
Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 7.7.1 Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)
Fixing of GI bend on wall surface with the clamp fasteners and 70 Watt LED light on GI bend including wiring, Junction Box with all connections, thimbling, tapping etc., the job also included connections of 10 sq. mm X 3 Core cable in the individual junction box and with the help of required labour, tools and tackles, ladders etc. as per site requirement. (10 Nos 70 watt LED light will be provided by department for installation) , (10 Nos. GI bends will be provided by department for installation).
Dismantling of existing old damaged wire/cables and LED from the site and shifting them to JE incharge store in staff Qtrs Model Town as per instruction of engineer incharge.
Testing and commissioning of all above work as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
