FALSE CEILING WORK- Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped gaivanized steel sections (galvanized@120grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main ‘T’ runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size24x25 mm made of 0.30 mmthick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers,grills,lightfittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main”T” runners to be suspended from celling suing GI slottedcleas of size 27x37x25x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mmdia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to centeralong main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-Sections shall be pre-painted with polyesterpaint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. area 20.1*23 sqft or42.92 sqmtr

PAINTING WORK - Providing and erecting of painting work with Berger or asian co.as per area with two costs of cement primers and leveling of wall with whiting and then final three coats of paints. Area20.1*23 , 23.1*8 and 19.3*8sqft or 91.55 sqmtr

Sub- Base Course SOLID DOORS - Supply and fixing in position 37mm thick door shutter made of 15mm thick well seasoned wood with all necessary Hardware and fittings. Second class teak wood including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. Piano hinges with necessary screws. 35 mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws. Decorative plywood one side decorative veneer and commercial veneer on other face (Type1) conforming to IS 1328 BWR Type.Area 2nos 7.0*3.5sqft or 4.55sqmtr

ROLLER BLINDS -Providing and fixing of roller blinds at windows area with blackout materials for projecter clear view including of all necessary hardware and fittings such as braket, roller blinds main rod and clip etc. area 23*5.6and 20.1*5.6 sqft22.02sqmtr

WOODEN FLOORING -Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo wood flooring with planks of sizes 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide (minimum) in approved colour, texture and finish having performance Appraisal certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials&Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed withtongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40 Kg./Cum,over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x18 mm and door reducer of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, whereverrequired. The bamboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000Kgf.With Eco friendly UV coating all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. area 20.1*23 sqft or 42.92 sqmtr

WALL PANELINGSYSTEM - Providing and fixing at all height wall paneling with bonded Bamboo Mat board conforming to IS:13958-1994 including providing and fixing to frame work made of 50 mm x 50 mm hardwood plugs including cutting brick work and fixing in mortar and making good the wall etc. and also providing and fixing wooden corner beading of triangularshape to the junction ofpaneling etc.with iron screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12-8 MM insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthened clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12 mm wide,dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicon sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances as per the Architectural drawings as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/worshop of the glass processor.
