Supply and stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast from approved quarry including royalty , cartage , octroi , sales tax & all other taxes whatsoever applicable under the rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side , including dressing of side berms as required where metal is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Collection of crushed stone dust for consolidation from approved query .

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10 cm.(loose) thick topcoat by road rollar including hire and fuel charges of R.R. excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks sorting ballast into different sizes, spreading stone in proper camber i/c leveling & dressing making mandhi to retain water and also i/c carriage of metals & water and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost.

Water Allowance to be allowed on between 15th Nov. to 31st may.

Bitumen Painting 1st coat (P1) on W.B.M. surface including cost of bitumen & grit i/c maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation tack coat shall be applied @ 0.60 kg./sqm

Providing & Laying 50 mm (Average) thick bitumenious macadam on prepared surface with specified graded aggregates premixed with bitumen binder in hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH for average out put 75 tone per hour and transporting the mix to site by tipper and laying with paver finisher to required level, Maxphalt will be used @ 3.30% by wt. of mix & tack coat shall be used @ 0.20 kg./sqm as per M.O.R.T.H. specifications.

Providing & Laying semi dense bituminous concrete (25 mm Thick) with 100-120 TPH batch type H.M.P. producing an average out put of 75 tone per hour using crushed aggregates of specified Grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired, compaction as per M.O.R.T.H. specifications complete in all respects.

Class – 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness moduls mortar in super structure and including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm cement plaster with 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in fair surface including supply of all material, lebour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

15 mm cement plaster with 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in rough surface including supply of all material, lebour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M – 15 stone ballast (20 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete.

White washing with lime on under coated wall surface (Three coat) to give an even surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drop and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign matter.
