Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer, calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 125x65 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).including dismantling existing wooden/Iron /stone chowkhats complete and making good existing disturbed surface with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

(a) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished butt Hinges 100 mm, 4 Nos per leaf and table 6 of BIS 12817-2020 BIS Marked. (b) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished square tower bolt 200 mm long-2 Nos per leaf as per table 01 dia of bolt 12 mm as per BIS 12833. (c) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm-2 Nos per leaf. (d) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished sliding bold 300 mm-1 No per leaf, 16 mm dia as per BIS clause (iii) of BIS 15834-2020. S&F 18mm thick high Density High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) exterior Grade Board with one side designer laminate (OSL) of approved colour and finishing and other side white balancing with density of 850 Kg/cu.m for frame and shutter for kitchen cabinets/Cupboards etc. including old board dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

S&F Factory made prefabricated Pressed steel cup board shutter door frame made out of mild steel 1.25mm thick grith of frame 185mm incl necessary MS rawl plugs /Bolts and fixing Hinges as per manufacururs instruction , shutter incl stiffeners made out of Mild Steel Sheet 1.25mm thick cut to size holes punched and welded seams incl bending or turning up all around mitred angle etc as reqd with locking arrangement using mild steel mortice lock 4 levers 100 mm (make Godrej, Harrision /Navtal ) with two Nos key MS Chromium Plated handle and 2 Nos MS Locking rods of 8 mm dia not exc 1000 mm long fixed to mortice lock with handle with necessary bolts and nuts covered by MS sheet 1.25mm thick Complete incl spray painting of Synthetic enamel Paint over a coat of Zinc Chromate primer on complete interior or exterior surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvnaied wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
