M & L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .(a) M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eleminate all sharp projection washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer.(c) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.(d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge.(e) The overlap while Torching shall be 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side of membrane.(f) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions.Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- I) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied.ii) Manufacturer test certificate.iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the Contractor.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position exceeding 500 Ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr Complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded aggregate, 75 mm thick as in sub floor, Sub base, floor, including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in 40 mm thick floor, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38 mm wide, inserted in position, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in PCC path and paving, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement and making impressions of expended metal, whilist concrete is green, complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coat of Acrylic emulsion destemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall complete all as speficied and as directed.

Prepration of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs towel rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden /plastic cleats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F roof sheeting prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pressed steel door frames of size 125x60mm and 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., including filling of hollow portion with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded coare stone aggregates complete, as specified, supplied and fixed all as specified and directedh all as specified and as directed complete.

S&F flush door shutters, 35mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including 6mm thick Ist class Hard Wood (Teak) beading complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutter in 2nd class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauge,etc.(without sash bars), edges of framing plain,chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc; The size of the members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause No 8.24(a), Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails; M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement , supply and fixing in frame at site as per specification& drawing, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details :-

(a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal rubbish outside MD land.

(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.

(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C')

(d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape " or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.

(e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(f) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C', can be further applied right upto 2.10 mm to water proof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annes and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. including provision of 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and direction.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable main switch /cutout /DBs of any type, capacity and description and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors as per the existing finishes all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully submain wiring of any description any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in any type of wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with mild steel sunken boxes 1.6 mm thick,60mm deep, with earth dollyduly, covered with hylam sheet top cover 3mm thick,ISI marked suitable for fixing switches , fan regulators and sockets, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps.

M&L for cutting and making hole into or through cement concrete or stone masonery wall of thickness upto 45 cm and in girth 45 cm for fixing exhaust fan of size 250mm sweep & providing fasterner grouted in wall four nos inside for fixing of exhaust fan and four nos outside for louvers and redressing the surface and making smooth with cement plaster 1:4 to match existing surface incl lime white wash all as spd and directed all as specified and as directed.
