Supply of 7.5 TR capacity Concealed type Split AC machines having Cooling Capacity of minimum 9000 BTU/hr with 3 nos. rotary compressor, 03 nos. IDU of rated power supply 230V-1Ph-50 Hz, 01 No. ODU of rated power supply 415V-3Ph-50 Hz. icluding charging of R- 410A refrigerant Air-flow/per IDU:- 1000CFM ( Make - Hitachi/ Mitsubishi Heavy/ O-General/Daikin) [NS]

Installation, testing, & commisioning of indoor & outdoor unit of above concealed type Split Air Conditioner AC machines after making hole in wall as per direction of EIC. Including S&F of suitable adjustable powder coated painted heavy duty iron brackect with mending the good damaged and laying and making connection of refrigerant pipe after testing the leak by gas pressure (minimum 400PSI) and vacuuming the unit properly (minimum -30 PSI) hold the vacuum up to 48 hrs after release the gas testing the split type room Air conditioner as per direction of EIC. Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S angel iron -channel of 6 mm thick of size (50 mm x 50 mm x6 mm) for making platform for installation of indoor unit of 2.5 TR concealed split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform.The entire structure should be baricaded with adequate service access as per direction of EIC. Supply, fabrication &ereation of fabricated 22SWG Air duct of galvanised steel sheet(make as per direction of EIC) as per IS: 277, CLASS Viii with 120 GSM Zinc coating both side and fabrication stranded shall as per Iis:655 with necessary fittings & all accessories as required as per the rerquirement and designed approved by the EIC. Supply and fixing of Al powder coated continuous Grill (Make Premier/Ravister/ Dynacraft) [NS]

Supply & laying Refrigerant Copper pipe minimum Thicknes1.15 mm. Liquid pipe 9.52 mm (3/8") & Gas pipe 15.88mm (5/8") (Make - Royku/Totaline/Mandeep) and insulation of refrigerant copper pipeping by nitril rubber insulation tube of minimum thickness 9mm.(Make - Aroflex/Acoflex) also raping the insulation & copper wire with GKB Gold raping tape as direction of EIC. Supply and drawing 4 core 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated sheeted wire for connecting the outdoor to indoor communicaion supply. (Make - Havels/Finolex)[NS]

Supply & laying drain water piping work out of UPVC /HDPE hard pipes of 25mm dia 4mm thick (Make- HB/Supreme) incl. fitting accessories bends,elbows,tees, flanges,tapings etc. [NS]

S&F Timer Control Unit for single phase AC Machine assembled with - 12-way SPN DB Box (L&T / Cabtree/Legrand/Siemens/ABB) - 1 no. 32 A FP MCB Isolator (Make: Siemense / Legrand / L&T) - 01 no. Digital 24 hour time switch (GIC/L&T) - 1 no. 32A three pole contactor (L&T) - 01 no. Centre off 2 way toggle switch - 1 no. 32Amp. Barirrer type terminal- 1 no.
