SUB-HEAD I : SITC OF VCB PANEL, TRANSFORMER & LT PANEL
Supply & Delivery of Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad,single tier, totally enclosed and fully interlocked,fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos 630 A VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing) as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV,3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 nos 400 KVA Dry Type Transformers .
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with PT & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.
Supply & Delivery 400 KVA, 3 Phase , Cast Resin Dry Type Transfirmer suitable for operation in 11KV/415V, ,50Hz power supply, having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section)
Installation, Testing & commissioning of above11 KV/ 415 volt, 400 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.
SUB HEAD II - HT/ LT CABLING IN SUBSTATION
Supplying and laying of 1 No. 11KV (E/UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 with latest ammenment of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required as per approved make uploaded herewith.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer].

SUB HEAD III - EARTHING IN SUBSTATION
Earthing with Copper plates per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) [ FOR TRANSFORMER NEUTRAL AND DG SET EARTHING ]
S& laying 240 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including Socketing both sides by Cu Socket.
Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe
Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.
Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).
Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer, excavation and re-filling etc as reqd.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.
S & F special type earth electrode clamp made of GI flat with nuts, bolts,, washer etc. suitable for 80 mm dia GI pipe earth.
SUB HEAD - IV - SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

Providing of set of 4 nos. 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity I/c filling sand etc.
Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.
Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).
Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level.(make: ISI- medium)
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.(for morrum)

C Channel structure with 4 nos 50x50x6 M.S.angle of suitable length along the sign board frame and making jigjag shape with 25x5 MS flat in between the MS angle frame by welding, also making 4 nos hinges on four corners of MS angle frame by welding 50x50x6 MS angle of suitable length including the same will be duly welded in wall/column with suitable materials by flushing the wall/column of building and mending good damages & fixing the board with the above M.S. angle frame by Supply & fixing nut, bolts, washers etc. as per direction of E.I.C. TERMS & CONDITIONS
a. The rate are to be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties etc.
b. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
c. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
d. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
e. The agency must prepare & submit planned & as-built G.A. drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of the proposed Electrical power distribution system of main building and Sub-station mentioning the cable sizes at different levels and the drawings to be made in Autocad software in standard symbols and to be presented both in softcopies and hardcopies (5 copies of each set of drawing) in A1 sheets as per direction of the EIC for the following :
1. For Main building from the sending end Sub-station to the receiving end main panels of the building and from the main panel upto the TPN DB level.
2. For the proposed Sub-station of Main building from HV source to Sub-Station LT panel including interconnection with other Sub-Station mentioning different LT feeder destinations.
3. For earthing & LC system of Sub-station Bldg
