DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE INCLUDING REPAIRS TO LEAKAGE SEEPAGE OF SUNKEN FLOORS JOINERIES SANITARY FITTINGS AND OTHER CIVIL NATURE OF WORKS AT DEBEL AND ADE UNDER GE I R AND D EAST BANGALORE

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position above or below ground level and disposing off debris outside MD land, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, 25 mm thick, mixed with and including water proofing compound, as in bedding of sunken portions with smooth finish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), mixing with and including water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instruction as in sunken portion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom and kitchen, etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with two component elastomeric acrylic based polymer, modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in TI 5/2003. The following procedures to be adopted during the execution of work:- (i) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of reinforced cement concrete slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking the surface, all pipes passing through walls of sunken floor shall be laid before water proofing treatment is carried out. One 40 mm dia PVC pipes , 35 cm long medium grade GI pipe with wire gauge on inside mouth shall be provided to each sunken portion. (ii) Applying FOSROC Nitoproof 600PF (Minimum 0.8 mm DFT) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB primer or equivalent product of Asian paints , M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY/ SIKA/ Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax /STP applied as per manufacturer's Instructions to bottom and full vertical sides of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, type E2 (1:5:10) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate in roof padding concrete of average 40 mm thick with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surfaces, when plain cement concrete on roof surface is still green including finished even and fair without using extra cement, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying single component, GRIHA certified, waterbased eco-friendly high performance UV resistant elastomeric hybrid polyurethane coating, Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra without dilution, spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/sq.m/coat in 1st coat until all surface is covered. laying a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition, allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat to ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane surface, apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre / sq.mt /coat to achieve total dry film thickness of 850 to 1000 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.40 litre / sq.m in two coats, the coating shall be done on entire horizontal area , upstands,vertical parapet wall etc.. this coating shall meet and exceed the ASTM D 6083 - 97a standard specification and shall be able to .

attain a tensile strength of ≥ 4.00 N/mm2 with 45 GSM glass fibre mesh confirming to ASTM D 412; elongation at break ≥300% and crack bridging ability up to 3 mm, solar reflectance Index as per ASTM E 1980 – 105, water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390 - 8:2019, air cures the coating for 7 days. Priming : Providing, mixing and applying 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer, Dr. Fixit Primerseal primer at a rate of 7.0 to 8.0 sq.mt / liter in the SSD condition, allow the primer to dry for 4 hrs prior to application of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra top coat water proof coating systems etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, borders, haunching, etc., rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed.
