S&F LED flood light fitting 120 W, Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP65 flood light with high power LEDs as light source, suitable for highlighting architectural features on existing high mast poles/wall/any position or place on existing/New place and making connections with provision of PVC insulated copper conductor (multistranded) cable of 1.5 Sq mm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for of bracket in replacement for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for factory made sheet metal enclosure of suitable size out door type fabricated out of 2.4 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof having entry from lower side with cable gland for cable of size 25/16/10 Sq mm 2/4 core (as per site requirement) with aluminium bus bar single phase and nautral current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar should be upto 63 Amps mounted on poreclain insulator complete with operating voltage 220 volts, 50 Hz including one number MCB of capacity 6 amp for street light mounted in sheet enclosure prewired with minimum 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable with lugs including locking arrangement complete and enclosure fitting on pole with clamps nuts, bolts and washers including making connection from Junction box to S/L fitting with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable for phase, neutral and earth complete or all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 12.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down upto 18cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness 18cm shall be considered for payment purpose.)

M&L for Brick covering, bricks laid flat perpendicular to the length of cable as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Installation ,testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder piller outdoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of copper strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault level at 415 Volts,sliding bolts should be fitted for pad locking arrangements and godrej nav tal pad lock with 3 keys to be provided as specified and directed by engineer incharge,having legs 105cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 20cm x 20cm x 45cm pannel should be 60 cms above the Ground Level comprising the following :-

(i) The panel shall be front operated with independent side cable cabin for entry and out going from the bottom with cable glands. (ii) Fabrication of feeder piller box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 60cms. (Note:- Cost of grounting of panel with PCC 1:3:6 (40 mm thick stone aggerate) deemed to be included in the item rate . No extra payment will be made. (Note: This panel shall be a front operated with cable entry from the bottom .The fault with standing capacity shall be 50 KA. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar.

Supply and install HT 11KV Out door gang operated device air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting switch with dropout fuse having 12 insulators of rating capacity 200 amps complete by dismantlimg old burnt, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F test point terminal block made of gun metal of phophorys bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

(b) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for any necessary points with proper fixing clips and no extra cost shall be paid for the job.

M & L for providing/ cutting the round/ square hole of required size in wall making good the distrubed surfaces and finishing as per existing complete all as spd and supply and fixing exhaust fan 380 mm sweep, 230 volts complete and supply and grouting the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing/ cutting the round/ square hole of required size in wall making good the distrubed surfaces and finishing as per existing complete all as spd and supply and fixing exhaust fan 230 mm sweep, 230 volts complete and supply and grouting the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB Four pole 100 amps AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA=01 NO as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, C series (Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series. (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iv) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (vi) MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

S & F in replacement MCB SPN 240 volts, 'C' curve of rating 40 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 18,692.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder within 28 days from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
