Dismantling of unserviceable sign boards of any type / description including frame work, fixed over gates, columns, walls, etc., complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in ground floors and pavings, not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in concrete) complete all as specified. Note: Excavation will be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position; including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6), type C2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (Nominal mix) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Reinforced cement concrete, (1:2:4) (Nominal mix) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs for manholes, gully traps, drains and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement bars will be measured and paid under respective items.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating including necessary forms and moulds, finishing the surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and finishing the surfaces fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions and finishing the surfaces fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, TMT steel bars of 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, TMT steel bars of 5 mm dia and over, as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Chain link fencing of MS galvanized wire dia not less than 2mm thick , coated with 1.00mm thick PVC size of mesh 75mmx75mm and fixing to any type of post, rail with straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and refixing old serviceable chain link fencing any type in same or new location including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing barbed wire fencing, supply and fix, new barbed wire fencing, galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fabricating mild steel, framed work (including fabrications) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe.290-W.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fabrication of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings,ladders, balusters, walk ways, railing, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only rolled mild steel framed work as in grating/grill and similar work of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fabricating Expanded metal weight not exceeding 4.00 Kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required & tying with including necessary welding steel frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, one side retro reflective sign boards, made of 3 mm thick coloured ACP (aluminimum composite panel) sheet of make Alstrong / Aludecor/ Alucobond/ Eurobond/ Armstrong as approved by GE, including writing / pasting of words / figures / numbers / logos of any size / pattern & height with self adhesive reflective transparent prismatic engineering grade tape (Radium tape) of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i) The words / figure / number / logos, shall be computer aided machine cut, ii) Frame work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items, iii) Earthwork & excavation / demolition if necessary will be measured and paid for under respective items. iv) Quoted rate shall include for necessary scaffolding, hire charge of cranes etc for fixing of board at required heights.

M&L for frame work for sign board made out of hollow MS tube of grade E-165 (Square/rectangular/circular) including necessary fixing arrangement at required height including application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an color having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including taking down of old sheets.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-bse, pavings, hardstanding, etc., finishing surfaces of concrete fair and to receive tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings / plinth protection laid in panels, and joints filled with bitumen and sand mixed in 1:3 by weight, finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in paving laid in pannels including necessary form work, finished rough surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, plain cement chequered concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22 mm thick, with pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position and providing Machine pressed rubber moulded (laminated), topping thickness not less than 5 mm, in white cement and non fadable glossy pigment, precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, over and including 50 mm thick, sand filling as in sand cushioning to interlocking paver tiles, watering and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite work (of any type), table rubbed and mirror polished), in single piece in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, making hole for gas pipe, edges made half round, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing tiles, and providing material and labour, for DIGITAL elevation tiles, of size 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of water based primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of any description and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
