Taking down the loosen EWC/WHB/Sink of any description and refixing the same with angle support to wall for WHB and sink, for EWC screwing to floor and side joints filled with white cement for strengthening and making good complete all as directed.

M/L for removing of tree routs, shrubs and bushes from wall surface/roof top/chajjas up to 15 M height including repairing of cracks in cement mortor 1:3 in crarcked surface and making good the surface matching with existing surface including all required ladder and cosider all saftey measures upto ht 15 mts of bldg etc completed and removal of shrubs up to 50 m distance.

Removing of building materials & dabries of any types the rate included in the lead i.e loading ,unloading and stacking/sprading etc outside of MD land with own arrangement by Contractor.

M&L to prevent leakage/seepage from roof shall be cleaned by removing dirt dust etc, all cracks to be treated with suitable crack filling compound and applying two coats of flexiable acrylic modified cementous water proofing syatem @ 2kg/Sqm at 1mm thickness Make : Tech force 2K strong of M/s Choksey or URP admixed with cement in 1:1 propotion without waterin 1 coats of make Dr Fixit or equivelant. The Shall be tested with ponding test by Engr-in-Charge. If any failure occoured that shall be redone without any extra cost with in 24 Hrs.

S/F in repair replacement of unserviceable flush tank syphon only of any make and type of single flush etc completed and as directed of make prayag cat No.SP 02 or of any make equivalent in cera, slimline , hinustan , parryware etc completed . Note:1.The contractor shall deploy skilled tradesman i.e. 01x carpenter, 01 x plumber with his helper and required T&P , complaints slips daily in the morning from AGE B/R office by shall be collected, the contractor/supervisor and same shall be resubmitted at evening within completion of alloted job duly signed by user . The complaint book shall be made by the Contractor as sample given by Deptt. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included.2. As per complaints , The mason and welder with his helper and required T&P , collect the complaints slips from AGE B/R office by the contractor/supervisor and same shall be resubmitted at evening within completion of alloted job. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included . 3.In case of failure to attend the complaint within 48 hrs the contractor shall be double recovery quoeted by the contractor with each connecting item not attending complaint. 4. Due to comprehensive maintance work, The work shall be executed in various bldgs of Rakshanagar, DGAQA, RCMA and HAL technical area with small patch work/Small number complaints upto completion of Contract. This is applied to all items mentioned above. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included .
