Steel fender 200 NB, 8 MM thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart.
Twin bollard renewal by 150NB pipe.
Single bollard renewal by 150NB pipe.
Propeller Shaft & Rudder arrangements including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair.
Both(P&S) side sides Propeller shafts worn out journals metalizing by S.S. Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified.
Port & STBD side propeller blades broken tips are to be repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode .
Rubber cutlass bushes are to be re-rubberised
Gland bushes & gland covers (G.M.) are to be re-sleeved – 02 sets
Propellers & couplings are to be bed-in with the respective propeller shaft.
Both the rudder stock worn out journals are to be metalized & machined.
Rudder stock upper & lower GM bush & gland covers are to be re-sleeved -02 sets
Rudder blade securing S.S. bolts & nuts (fitted type) are to be renewed
Both the toilet WC alongwith concrete flooring are to be renewed.
Engine room and rudder hold bilge suction pipe line opening, cleaning, pressure testing and fitment with new joints and fasteners as required.
Bilge line globe valves alongwith sea chest valve cleaning, pressure testing and repair if defective found.
Crews’ cabin, master cabin and wheel house inside plywood panelling alongwith necessary wooden batons & bits to be renewed.
Engine room bilge to be cleaned thoroughly and the floor plate to be fitted in position alongwith securing of the same.
Renewed of Zinc-Anode.
Renewal of Semi-Rotary Hand pump(No.5).
Both the main engine and gear box lifting and fitted back including chock fasting,to facilitate damaged bottom plate renewal.
Both side stern tube renewal to be done.
Both side rudder stock tube to be renewed.
Alignment of Port and STBD propeller shaft line to be done with respect to the engine, stern tube and ‘A’ bracket alignment of rudder trunking tube also to be done.
Fabrication and fitment of both side engine exhaust silencers .
Damaged CGI sheets of main deck awning roof to be renewed by 0.8mm thick CGI sheet
Entire vessel external and internal surfaces along with inside frame work, bulkheads, cabin, deck fittings, railing etc. to be thoroughly chipped, scrapped, cleaned and painted internally and externally as per enclosed painting schedule
