M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick one side polished cuddapah stone slab below granite stone or as vertical support and like over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including necessary jointing and pointing and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Melamyne finish to old existing door / window shutters with chowkats (fixed or hung) including taking down shutter from the frame as per requirement and refixing of the same with using following steps :- (a) Complete removal of old existing paint or layers of paints with using hot blow gun (burning method) to obtain original wood surface as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (b) Clean the wood surface by using grinder machine and fill the joints / cracks (if any) by wood coating filler and applying regmar waterproof polish paper (as required number) to whole surface to acheive smooth finish. (c) Applying single coat Lakhdana polish and wood stain colour to whole wooden surface. (d) Applying one coat of Melamyne sealer (approved colour) of approved brand (with appropriate ratio of base , hardner & thinner) by using spray gun and kept for minimum 3 hrs for dry. (e) Sanding the surface by using 150 No regmar polish paper. (f) Applying top coat (two coats) of Melamyne Glossy of approved brand & colour (with appropriate ratio of base, hardner & thinner ) by using spray gun as per manufacturer's instructions. (g) Sanding the surface by using regmar polish paper (as required number). (h) Clean the surface with a damp cloth to remove any residue. Note : (i)Rate includes for fully panelled , partially panelled and glazed, fully gauzed and for fixed shutters with chowkats. (ii) Rate inlcudes to clean the existing glasses or change the glass sheets (4 mm thick plain) and change the beading if cracked or dameged. (iii) Measurment should be taken as plain surface, no any coefficient will be considered

E&M PORTION Taking down carefully exising unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches,ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switch/DB, Teak wood boards etc complete all as specified and directed.
