Construction of deep Bore well/ tube well for irrigation purpose near Charkhan at Allowpora Block Chitergam Shopian.

Drilling of 125mm diameter tube well by air rotrary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm daimeter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specification laid down in IS 2800 (part I) with upto date amendmens . The job is to be done in all kinds of soil , boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachements and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accesories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled laboures and other unforseen items. Development of tube well by back wash method with air compressor with minimum capacity 1000CFM (300 PSI air develivery system) with suitable arrangments till well is throughly developed in al respects as per the direction of te site engineer.

P/F of MS 125mm dia pipe and subsequent lowering and casing assembly and its welding after every 10ft, upto the drilled/ desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The specifiaction of the pipe shall be as per IS 4270 : 2001

Providing fitting an commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along ith allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under: i) P/F/T and commissioning of single phase pumping equipement with following specifiations: Discharge = 1000-800 GPH Head = 60M- 80M Speed = 2900 RPM Impeller Material = Bronze/SS/Chrome Steel Motor Rating = Suitable depending on corresponding head and discharge. The Pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The Job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. It includes P?F of starter suitable for motor rating and as decided by site Engineer.

Providing and fitting of 32mm dia GI column pipe (Class-B, Medium) of 10 ft length each. The Pipe shall be properly threaded at both the ends. The pipe shall be provided and fitted with GI/MS sockets for jointing purposes.

P/F of 05 KVA single phase automatic voltage stabilizer, dry type along with allied accessories viz three pin top, Socket etc, input voltage 90 - 150 V, Output Voltage 220 V

P/F of submersible cable 4.0sq.mm, connecting pumping unit with motor starter and service line.

P/F of 8mm steel wire rope for holding sub type pumping unit

P/F of 40mm dia MS holding clamps (02 No's) fabricated out of 10mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts.

P/P of reducer 32mmdia -25mm =01 Nos, reducer 40mmdia -32mm =01 nos. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32mm dia GI bend=02nos, Well Cap 125 mm dia, Tap of dia 15 mm.

Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ftx4ftx1ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adeguate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes Providing/laying of PCC edges of 4'×4 in 1:3:6 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centering, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.
