Dismantaling & removing 2.50 Cm. Grading cement concrete from room roof slab including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the the debris with in 50mtr. Initial lead etc complete .

4.00 Cm. Grading cement concrete using (1:2:4) roof slab with 12mm. & down grade cb chips etc complete .

Supplying & fixing of MS griil gate with one coat red oxide primer etc Complete.

Providing 16 mm. (1:6) cement plaster incuding curring etc complete.

Washing the plaster surface with soap & soda water etc complete.

Finished plaster surface with water based cement puttty and making smooth to receive painting etc complete.

Supplying & filling good quality lawn earth including cost,conveyence,royality, taxes all materials & labour with T & P etc complete.

Supplying & fixing od desired good quality opf grass for grass turfing in side the Park including cost,conveyence,royality, taxes all materials & labour with T & P etc complete.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint with one coat primer inclding all materials ,labour etc complete.

Earth work exacavation in hard soil or gravell within 50 mtrs. Initial lead & 1.50 mtr. Initial lift including rough dressing etc complete.(D &L)

Supplying & filling of sand in fondation & plinth including all materials , labour etc complete.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) using 40mm size HBHG metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect .

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size cb chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for C.C. works and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Supplying & fixing of Chequred Tiles in floor with 20mm. Cm (1:4) including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Supplying & installation of various desired Illumination Items in side Park area including cost of materials complete.

Supplying & installation of 2000 Ltrs. Capacity double layer Cylinderical vertical Sintex water tank in side Park area including cost of materials complete.
