Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Each bidder should have satisfactorily completed, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than the amount shown in the tender document in the last 5 years reckoned back from 2026-27. Work done certificate should be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Before submission of the tender, the contractor should see the work site. CMC Hiriyur is not responsible for technical or legal problems or queries from public accrued at the time of execution of work

Contractor should maintain up to 2 years after completion of work if any defects in the work found, if contractor fails FSD amount shall be forfeited and further action shall be taken

Contractors should be bound to conditions mentioned in tender document, circulars and orders given time to time by government and Royalty, Income tax, Sales tax, Labourcess shall be deducted according to government circulars in the work bill

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The Tenderer shall scan Original Work done certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected. The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake

The work is subjected to the supervision of Junior Engineer, CMC, HIRIYUR, and Assistant Executive Engineer CMC HIRIYUR, Executive Engineer, District Urban Development Cell, Chitradurga, and Third Party appointed by the Deputy Commissioner

Bidder has to quote rates exculding GST, GST shall be paid separately

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years, i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 0.98 Lakhs issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.1.96 Lakhs.certified by chartered accountant
