Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep and area not exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 ton power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete as specified and directed.

Prepairing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm,using paving bitumen (VG-30) on WBM surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5 % binder content by wt of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete, rolled and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous macadam with binder bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm ), all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs for road studs cat eye with self two way relection 100x100x20mm (minium) with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction comple all as specified and as directed. Make:- Dark eye (Model No. SKUDA-113) or equivalent in 3M

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete , type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm stone agg as in sub base under floor

M & L Sand filling under paver block/floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block robber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment

M & L for 75 mm moorum/red bajri, (using earth obtained from Excavation) spread, rolled & consolidated to graident and camber required in berms all as specified.

M&L for M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation for kerb stone

M&L for providing precast cement concrete in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded aggregate as in kerb stone finished smooth using extra cement including necessary mould/form work and jointed in CM 1:4 struck flush with same mortar.

S & F Poly carbonate Traffic Safty Convex mirror 80 cm dia out door type with pole mounted with brackets inluding fixed with MS pipe 50 mm dia 2.00 mtr length med grade including painting and grouting with PCC 1:2:4 including excavation & removing rubbish. Model - FCMO-08, ABS body all as per manufactures instructions & specified & directed.
