CERTAIN REPAIRS TO ROAD, ROAD FURNITURE AT ARMY LAND AND REPAIR TO ROAD/PATH AND RCC CULVERT AT INS BAAZ UNDER GE (I) CAMPBELL BAY

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal ) but making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 of any penetration at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L For Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen,applied and rolled to uniform smooth surface over and including 30 mm average consolidated thickness Bituminous premix carpet, with 0.27 Cum of granite stone chippings, mixed with 14.6 Kg. of paving bitumen binder of VG 30 spread , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg. of paving bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of water based Painting as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like not exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow as specified and directed.

S&F in repair delineator ABS round body struts fitted with 02 nos 100 mm dia with 50 micron high reflective reflector and mounted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia 600 mm long duly power coated and rust proof imcl fixing of delineator on groung with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed. Make - Dark EYE/3M Mr.illumination

Supply and fix in repair duel directional reflective cat eye of PVC stud 100 X 100mm of any clour having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow/ a side fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make : DARK EYE/TATA BP SOLAR /3M/ Me Illumination

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debries to outside MD land and disposed off all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base /sub floor, surface finished rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed / floor / paving /hard standing, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons.,laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded 30 cm x 30cm x 25 cm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed
