SCHEDULE A PART I Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out old un-serviceable/faulty under ground cable of any size from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE cable, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type 1, Flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm conforming to relevant IS specification as in protection layer complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) for outdoor end termination cold shrink including jointing material and acceessories suitable for XLPE cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core armoured 11000 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable root indicator made out from 40 x 6 mm angle iron 450 mm long, riveted or welded with 100 mm dia CI or MS round disc duly engraved 'HT CABLE JOINT' in letters including grouted in to the ground with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and minimum size of PCC 20 cm x 20 cm x30 cm deep from ground level complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old broken PCC pole of any size including broken PCC block and site clearance/staking complete all as directed.

Supply and erecting prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class-9 complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978 in perfect vertical position, embedded in PCC foundation and coping, including applying two coats of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as directed. Note: (i) PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for foundation.)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for coping.)

Supply and fix in repair cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair gang operated air break switches 11KV grade 400 Amps current rating, set of three with post top insulators, moving, arching and fixed contacts fixed on insulators, mounted on MS channel including frame and operating rod to perform the operation from the ground including DO fuse assembly with insulator and base frame complete all asdirected.

Supply and fix in repair Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of old earthing to maintenance free Earth (grounding) electrode of size 85 mm dia x 03 Meter long with 17.2 mm Copper bonded MS conductor in high purity electrically conductive granular material having ultra low resistive value of 0/001 Ohm-meter. Electrode made of conductive earth enhancing material mixed with Cement in the ratio (3:1) backfill the voids surrouding the 17.2 mm copper bonded MS conductor or other metal components placed in augured bore hole of of 100 mm dia 3 meter depth, resulting to increase in the effective surface area of the earth electrode or grids to lower the resistance. Earth enhancing material should not leach chemical into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and should be in pH neutral range.Earth enhancing material should permamanently protect the encased metal components of the earthing system, copper bonding on MS rod should be minimum 250 microns. All hardware like nuts, bolts and washers sould be of stain less steel. Electrode should withstand fault current upto 35 KA for 1 second. Electrode's top terminal be sealed permanently packed with conductive concrete and copper bonded copper strip taken out be terminated on to earth test point and equipment terminal. Test certificate of NABL Laboratory shall be submitted by the contractor, test link of size 50 mm x 6 mm x 200 mm, RCC pit cover test point complete, all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Elancrete/ ABB/ L&T/ Schneider Note:- I) Test certificate of earthing material from certified NABL laboratory shall be submitted & verified by Engr-in-Charge. II) Test Reports should not be more han 07 years old. III) Test Report for Fault current, Rohs compliance, Resistivity value from NABL certified/ CPRI LAB is most and it as to be vrified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair earth continuity conductor or mainearthing lead of size 20x3 mm copper strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II Supply, installation, testing & commissioning deep freezer electric driven (Single phase) with hard top single/double door , storage capacity of 350 Litrs including all builtin accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing and testing of 2.00 KVA capacity Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled , copper wound, indoor type & designed for input variation between 150V - 230V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% complete all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :VINTEK ELECTRONICS (VOLINA) / V GUARD / POWER TECH / AE / GODREJ / VINITEC ELECTRONIC LABORATORY (VINITEC) / BLUE LINE.
