Providing and spraying of PRIME COAT using Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 at the rate of 7Kg per 10Sqm over the WMM surface including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112,502 &900 .
Providing and spraying of TACK COAT using bituminous emulsion RS 1 at the rate of 2.50Kg per 10Sqm over the Prime coat of WMM surface including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 503 & 900.
Dense Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying of 60mm thick Dense Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade 30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, complete as per clause 505) - as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 501, 505 & 900.
