Providing FILTER MEDIA behind Abutment and Returns with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick well compacted in layers with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to worksite including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc complete as per Cl.710.1.4 & Appendix-6 of IRC: 78-2014.

Filling behind Abutments and Return walls with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to work site, laying, handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per Cl.710.1.4 & Appendix-6 of IRC:78-2014 and Section 305 of MoRT&(H) Specifications( Fifth Revision).

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 High Corrosion Resistant Marine Steel (HSD) grade steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over laping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges , etc., complete as per Section 1009.3, 1600 of MoRT&(H) Specifications ( Fifth Revision).

FORMING APPROACH ROAD

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer for Carted Eath with a lead of 5 km for formation of Approach Road for 95% compacion as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 305.

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer for Carted Eath with a lead of 5 km for formation of Approach Road for 97% compacion as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 305.

Picking the existing BT surface upto 50mm depth as directed by the departmental officers and collecting the picked up salvaged metal and stacking the same for reuse and deposting the debris excluding cost of materials including all labour charges for picking and all other tools and plants employed of the work and including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specifications as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 202,305.4.3 & 501.

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 as per MORTH Specification ) - for grading- V Material as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 401 & 900.

V Clause No. 111, 112, 406 & 900.

Providing and spraying of PRIME COAT using Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 at the rate of 7Kg per 10Sqm over the WMM surface including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112,502 &900 .

Providing and spraying of TACK COAT using bituminous emulsion RS 1 at the rate of 2.50Kg per 10Sqm over the Prime coat of WMM surface including clearing of road surface and spraying as per Clause 503 of MORT&H and directed by the Engineer as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 503 & 900.

Dense Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying of 60mm thick Dense Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade 30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, complete as per clause 505) - as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 501, 505 & 900.

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying of 30mm thick bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade-40) at percentage specified by Job Mix Formula of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) - Grading II as per MORTH Rev. V Clause No. 111, 112, 507 & 900.
