Supply and installation hi wall splite unit indoor & outdoor compete with cordless remote control unit and with minimum 5 Star rated and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR having dual rotor inverter compressor , 100% copper IDU & ODU, installation kit with copper supply & return pipe of length upto 3 mtr, connection eclect cord, drain water pipe of length as per site requirement and incl MS stand for outdoor unit fixing and core cutting in stone masonary wall if required for passing of refrigerant piping and cable etc and making good disturbed surface matching to existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Copper pipe, electric cord, drain water pipe of length beyond - 3 mtr will be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for fixing copper tubing 5/8" dia including insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing copper tubing 3/8" dia including insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing copper tubing 1/2" dia including insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing copper tubing 1/4" dia including insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade with colour code and one run of 4 sqmm single Flame retardan PVC insulated unshedthed multi stranded copper conducator green colour cable for continuous earthing complete in & including PVC casing & caping with all fitting & fixtures all as directed and specified ( Note Two runs of 4 sqmm copper cable and one run of 4 sqm copper cable including PVC casing & caping shall be measured and paid as one length).

S&F multi stranded copper conductor core flexible copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cable, 1100 Volts, 4 sqmm x 3 core & including casing caping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing drain flexible PVC pipe of size 12/15 mm for split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sheet metel enclosure with single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of water cooler, fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 120 ltrs and normal cooling capacity of 60 ltrs per hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for ducting sapporting of channel size 50x50x5 mm fabrication and welding incl complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring for 3 pin socket outlet, 15 amps, independent, with PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cables cables 2.5 sqmm size in PVC casing & caping with accessories PVC box ISI marked etc. as specified.

Supply and fix switch socket combination outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 & 15 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix refrigerator, electric driven (single phase), capacity upto to 195 Litres .BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix refrigerators, electric driven (single phase), capacity 300Litres .BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Deep freezer glass top capacity of 400 Litre capacity having double door,BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 CuM per hour (or nearest size).Plastic/PVC Body complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles etc, including Formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, fastner 2 nos etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix heat resistive CP connection pipe piece 600mm long, 15mm dia (internal) fixed with brass adopters both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 15 mm dia bib taps, fancy type chromium plated with crutch or buterfly handle screwed down screwed down, screwed for iron pipe for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI water tubing of size 15 mm bore.medium grade galvanised with all fittings complete fixed to walls or laid on floors including making holes in stone wall as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked (IS:14772) for housing switches / sockets all a specified and directed.
